If you’re looking for a lovely lunch at a really lovely price point, Good Vibes cafe has got it going on. I’ve always been a lover of Good Vibes, and with their recent revamp, I’ve become even more obsessed!! Open all week long, this gorgeous little caf is a staple for Killigrew street, with divine coffee, delectable smoothies, and seriously good grub.

The space has a relaxing ambience from the moment you walk in, with cozy artwork spread out around the walls, and stylish furnishings that give the place its rustic feel. You can enjoy the laid back atmosphere and tuck into the top notch, seasonal food that’s on offer on their menu. So, why settle for the chaos of a busy Fal town, when Good Vibes can provide a portal to a foodie dimension that can restore even the worst cases of hanger!

All gorgeous and tasty sounding, this menu is available until 2:30/3pm most days and is the perfect excuse to extend brekki past its typical hours. Serving up homemade delights, the options available at Good Vibes are a taste sensation for any occasion – I must admit, for me, it made for the perfect hangover cure!

While I can attest for their excellently priced, and scrumptious coffee, for today’s visit, I opted for the chocolate, banana, and peanut butter smoothie.

As a fiend for peanut butter, there was no doubt I wasn’t bound to love this, but oh boy was it a beauty! Creamy and rich, this beverage simply couldn’t have been more inviting. But if you fancied something slightly lighter or more exotic, Good Vibes have an epic selection of tropical smoothies to suit every palate.

With drinks put away like a shot, we were swiftly onto mains.

Enjoying two varieties of the same, we easily selected the homebrew beans on toast, which comes beautifully served on crusty sourdough bread, with sliced avo, chilli flakes, pea-shoots and basil oil. For an added little something special, we popped on some crumbled feta and poached eggs – this elevated the dish to an incomparable level that was second to none. Smokey, salty and full of hearty flavours, it was a beans on toast beyond comparison.

Without the adds-ons, you’re looking at a lunch for under a tenner, which is a banging deal if you ask me! This is the perfect way to brighten up anyone’s day, and is absolutely worth a try.

You’re sure to get a mouth-watering bite to eat at Good Vibes, and it’s just the most scrumptious little local cafe to go and support. Finish off lunch with a little sweet treat from their ever-changing cake cabinet of dreams, or just pop in for a quick coffee and some baked goodness. It’s a real treat in Good Vibes and a sure addition to the Cornish cafe rosta.
